Canterbury joins the Tourist Tracks family

Tourist Tracks, the home of MP3 walking tours for the UK, has added the city of Canterbury to its growing list of tour packs.

Developed in partnership with Canterbury City Council, and written with the help of an experienced local Blue Badge guide, the Canterbury tour pack contains two tours: Heritage Highlights and The Pilgrims’ Trail.

Heritage Highlights takes in the glorious Canterbury Cathedral, alongside the two other attractions that make up the city’s World Heritage site – St Augustine’s Abbey and St Martin’s Church. You’ll also be taken along a section of the ancient city walls, and pass by Dane John Gardens in this 60-minute walk.

The Pilgrims’ Trail is a 45-minute stroll past historic attractions such as Sir John Boys’ House, a medieval Dominican friary, the Marlowe Theatre, the magnificent West Gate, the Museum of Canterbury, the Rupert Bear Museum and Canterbury Tales.
