Tourist Tracks terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Tourist Tracks Ltd (Tourist Tracks) products.

Tourist Tracks may amend these terms and conditions at any time.

The copyright of all tours belongs to Tourist Tracks.

When buying a Tourist Tracks tour you agree not to unlawfully reproduce, modify, perform, transfer, distribute or allow use of the tour by anyone else.

Tourist Tracks tours are for your own use only. You may not allow others to use your personal user name and/or password.

After buying a Tourist Tracks tour you may save it to your hard drive and then unzip and burn to a CD and/or transfer it to a suitable audio player. It is your responsibility not to lose damage or destroy tours that you have bought.

Occasionally, technical and other issues may delay or prevent download of Tourist Tracks tours. If tours are not available for download within three days of purchase you must contact customer service via email at support@tourist-tracks.com

Payment Security
Tourist Tracks uses Protx for all online payments.

Remittance Terms
Payment must be made in full before the product is delivered.

Indemnity
You have sole responsibility for repercussions resulting from the download of Tourist Tracks products.

Privacy Policy
We will not give your personal information to any third party, except by order of a court. On occasions, however, we may notify you of products or services from the Tourist Tracks range. You may decline this at the point of purchase.
